Overview
This update delivers a range of new features, performance improvements, and important fixes across the Roundsman platform, including the portal, application, reporting, and system integrations.
š New Features
Individual Nominal Accounts for Payment Types
You can now assign individual nominal accounts to each payment type, enabling more granular financial reporting. Each payment method can be mapped to its own nominal code, giving improved visibility and control over financial data.
Portal Feedback
Customers can now submit feedback directly through the ordering portal, including a sentiment rating. This provides real-time insight into customer satisfaction, with submissions available in the portal administration area for review and reporting.

The Containers public view now displays both location number and name, making identification easier.
A Round Group column has been added to the Transactions View for improved filtering and organisation.
Product descriptions are now visible on the Portal details tab via the product information button, improving usability and clarity.

Resolved an issue where portal users appeared locked and passwords could not be reset despite the lock flag not being set.
Fixed incorrect behaviour where disabling a product price was not reflected properly, leading to incorrect pricing display.
Corrected batch invoice emailing so sent emails are now recorded in Account Notes.
Fixed incorrect āJob Completedā messaging for customers on holiday; the correct holiday message now appears.
Prevented duplicate prices from being created during imports via the bulk price wizard.
Resolved duplication of standing orders when MaxWebOrderQuantity validation was triggered.
Fixed purchase orders incorrectly showing Ā£0.00 when valid supplier pricing exists.
Removed issues caused by trailing spaces in Location Reference that prevented invoice sending.
Fixed portal data refresh failures that previously blocked customers from placing orders.
Resolved an intermittent error occurring when creating a new customer location.
