This article will show you how to refresh a customer's QR Code. In order to follow this article, you need to be at least an 'Operator' in Roundsman Enterprise.

Follow the below steps to refresh a Customers QR Code: 

Go to the Customers page, via Search function or their Account Page.

Click Edit (Top Left under the banner)

Double-click the QR Code Icon (far right Icon)

This will bring up a Bar Code Page, in which the QR Code has now been refreshed

1. Go to the Customers page, via Search function or their Account Page. 
2. Go to the Deliveries Tab
3. Click Edit (Top Left under the banner)
4. Double-click the QR Code Icon (far right Icon)
5. This will bring up a Bar Code Page, in which the QR Code has now been refreshed
6. See Ref: and Ext Ref: for QR ID's

You have now refreshed the QR Code for the customer on Roundsman Enterprise.
