Overview
This article will show you how to cancel an account location in Roundsman Enterprise. Often is it referred to as an account or customer location. This article is only applicable to users with admin permissions, if you do not have these permissions please contact your administrator.
To cancel an account location
To cancel and account location, please follow the steps below:
Once logged into Roundsman Enterprise, go to Customers.
Click Accounts.
Click on the specific account in which your location is attached to.
On the Actions Menu on the right-hand side, click Account Locations.
Double-Click the account location you want to cancel.
You should see a green banner across the top, stating the customer has been active since X. Double-Click anywhere on the green banner and it will bring a pop-up confirming if you want to cancel the customer.
Press Yes on the pop-up.
It will now present you with a new pop-up in which you will have to fill out a few more details.
Populate a Cancellation Date on which you want the location to be stopped. Please note all jobs and orders will be stopped once the cancellation date has been reached.
Pop in a Cancellation Category if you wish. You can configure these by:
Go to Admin
Click Parameters
Click on Cancellation Categories (Only Admin users will be able to do this).
11. Put in a Reason if applicable.
Roundsman will now cancel the customer and present you with another pop-up 'Invoice'. If you press Yes, it will bring up the Invoice Generation Wizard. If No is selected it will cancel the customer and you should see the banner now turn red and present you with the status of the customer and when it was cancelled.
