Portal Prices are wrong in the App/Portal

You have found that the Portal App or Portal is display an old price for a product or is wrong.

If this is affecting one of your customers.

In Roundsman.

Find the customer.

On the customer screen, click the 'Other' Tab

Click Edit

Click Reset Portal Data

The data in Roundsman will re-sync to the Portal

After a few minutes, check if this has corrected the Issue

If this issue is affecting multiple customers, please raise a case with the support team.
