Overview
This may be caused by the product having a Price Override associated with it for that customer or account. This article provides you with the information you need to resolve it.
To check to see if a customer has a price override for a Product, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Customer screen for this customer.
Click Prices.
To check if an Account has any price overrides set, follow these steps:
From the customer Screen
Click the Account Link
In the right-hand side menu, click Prices
If all customers are seeing the incorrect price, check the product by following these steps:
Click the Product Menu
Click List
Locate the Product
Double-click the Product in the list

๐Note: Prices on the Portal are shown inclusive of the VAT rate they are set to.
