Product price is incorrect on the portal.

When looking at the price of a product in the Portal or the App, the price shown is incorrect. Why is this?

Overview

This may be caused by the product having a Price Override associated with it for that customer or account. This article provides you with the information you need to resolve it.


To check to see if a customer has a price override for a Product, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Customer screen for this customer.

  2. Click Prices.


To check if an Account has any price overrides set, follow these steps:

  1. From the customer Screen

  2. Click the Account Link

  3. In the right-hand side menu, click Prices


If all customers are seeing the incorrect price, check the product by following these steps:

  1. Click the Product Menu

  2. Click List

  3. Locate the Product

  4. Double-click the Product in the list
