Products not shown on the Portal

Products that you would expect to see for a customer example standing order products are not displayed on the portal so the customer cannot order these.

The issue can be resolved by Resetting the Portal Data for the customer in question.

To Do this.

  1. Locate the customer in Roundsman

  2. On the customers Other tab Click Edit

  3. Click Reset Portal Data

This will re-sync the customers data to the portal. After a short time check if the products are now available.
