Adding a Promotional Message to the portal.

You may find that you need to advise your customers of Promotional events or times the portal will be unavailable.

This can be done by setting a message that appears on the front page of the portal.

  1. Login to Roundsman as an Administrator

  2. Click on Web Management

  3. Click on Dynamic Content

  4. Select Promotional Message from the Middle section if the screen.

  5. in the Content section, type your Message and format as required.

  6. Click Save Dynamic Content

The System will say it is sending the data to the portal. The message will appear once the Sync to the portal has completed.
