This article will provide you with steps on how to check on Web user activity and to show you a report for Web user activity.
To check recent user activity
If you want to check Recent User Activity(this will only show last 200 users) in Roundsman, follow the steps below:
Click on Web Management
Click on User Management
Click on Activity Audit (all users)
To check all statistics, which reports do I need to look at?
If you need to check all statistics, there are 2 reports that show this data, "Portal KPI Stats" and "Portal Login Stats" . You can access these reports by going to:
Click on Reports
Click on Custom Reports
Select report Portal KPI Stats or Portal Login Stats
