There was an issue with the dynamic content not updating in version 4.0.14 You need to <a href="https://access-support.force.com/Support/s/createcase" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">raise a case</a> with Support and we can either update this for you or arrange an upgrade.
