Roundsman wont update following an upgrade

When your system is upgraded and you log back into the Roundsman Client, you should be prompted to upgrade your client, but this does not happen

This may be caused If you have a shortcut to Roundsman on your Taskbar. This is not recommended as you can be pointing to an old system.

To resolve

  1. Press the Windows Start Key

  2. Search for and Click Roundsman

  3. You should be prompted to upgrade your Roundsman Client.

  4. Remove the shortcut you were previously using.

If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a new case with us.
