Web users not creating correctly

Why can't my user log into the portal or mobile app after being Web enabled?

In older versions of Roundman, there was a bug with creating Web users.

If you press the update button after creating the web-enabled user, then the user will create fine.
​
While this workaround should work if you have a version less than 4.0.9 it would be a good idea to get you upgraded.
​
If you would like to take an upgrade, please raise a case with support.
