Overview
This article will show you how to move customer locations from one round to another round.
๐Note: In order to follow this article, you need to be at least an 'Operator' in Roundsman Enterprise.
To move Customer Rounds
To move a customer location from one round to another round, follow the steps below:
Go to Rounds
Click Rounds
Select the Source Round you want to amend (the round the customer's location is currently associated with, eg, Round 1)
Click Move Customer
Select the Source Round (e.g the customer you want to change the round for)
Tick the checkbox of said customer
Select the Target Round you want the customer location to be integrated into. (e.g Round 2)
Select the row you want the customer location to be inserted in or before. (e.g if you want the customer location to appear 3rd, you would select row 2 or 3.
Right-click the highlighted row and press either 'Insert Before' or 'Insert After'; whichever one you press will insert the selected customer into that row, before or after the highlighted row.
Press OK to save changes
The customer's location has now been moved.
