The number of days the system automatically generates rounds in advance can be changed to a value that suits your business needs.
How to change the Days in Advance that rounds create
โ ๏ธWarning: Increasing the number of days Rounds are generated in advance can have a detrimental effect on your system, i.e., in amending standing orders, as it will need to process more records in the database and should be amended with care.
Firstly, go into Roundsman and once you are in the left-hand menu, follow the steps below:
Open Administration.
Click the Plus next to Parameters.
Click on System Configuration.
Click the Edit button.
Adjust the number in No of days to create rounds.
Click Save.
The new rounds will generate overnight.

๐คTip: It is strongly suggested that this number is kept as low as possible, as too many rounds created will impact the performance of Roundsman. If more rounds are required over Christmas, for example, we recommend that you return the number to your standard count after the Christmas period.
๐Note: Sometimes the save button is greyed out even if a change has been made. If this occurs, click out of the number box, and the button will become available.
