Overview
In the event of a critical failure in Roundsman, it is recommended that your IT Administrator check the services running on any related server(s). Your Roundsman installation may be a single server, or you may have a separate database server. Not all of these services may be installed on your server, depending on your requirements.
What checks should I make first?
All of the following services should be running if they are installed. The Instance Name will relate to the installed instance of Roundsman, in the event of multiple installations.
List of servers to check available disk space
In the event that a service from the list below is not running, then it should be restarted if it has not been disabled. If you cannot restart a service, then you should consider restarting the server. After checking all services are running, it is advised to check the available disk space on the relevant server(s).
