Credits For Breakages Are Not Being Generated

Following an upgrade, we are no longer getting any credits generated for breakages.

  1. Click Administration

  2. Click Administration

  3. Click System Settings

  4. Check if the Credit Customer Breakages and Credit Customer Returns settings exists

    1. If the settings does not exist:

      1. Click Add Setting

      2. Select Credit Customer Breakages and Credit Customer Returns

    2. If the Settings does exist, On the Handheld

      1. Click System Settings

    3. Check Customer breakages is Enabled
      ​
      If all of these settings are set and you have done your Invoice Run/Pre Credit Invoices and still you have no credits, please contact the Support Team.
