This article explains what to do if you have created a credit for a customer but it's no longer required.
โ ๏ธImportant: A Security Role will need to be available that Grants the user permissions to edit transactions.
How to edit a credit transaction you need to cancel
To amend a credit transaction, follow the steps below:
On the Customer Screen.
Click on the Transactions tab.
Locate the credit transaction you need to cancel.
Double-click it.
A new screen will be displayed: Transaction Details.
Click on the Order tab.
Click Edit.
Change the Quantity to 0.
Click Save.
The transaction has been amended successfully.
