This article explains what to do if you have created a credit for a customer but it's no longer required.


โš ๏ธImportant: A Security Role will need to be available that Grants the user permissions to edit transactions.

How to edit a credit transaction you need to cancel

To amend a credit transaction, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Customer Screen.

  2. Click on the Transactions tab.

  3. Locate the credit transaction you need to cancel.

  4. Double-click it.

  5. A new screen will be displayed: Transaction Details.

  6. Click on the Order tab.

  7. Click Edit.

  8. Change the Quantity to 0.

  9. Click Save.

The transaction has been amended successfully.
