The Quick Add feature allows you to rapidly enter delivery items for a customer without navigating through the full product selection process. This is ideal for high-volume delivery entry scenarios. How to Use Quick Add 1. Open the Quick Delivery Entry screen 2. Select a customer by entering their Customer No or Customer Name 3. Click the Quick Add button (located in the top toolbar) 4. The Quick Add dialog will open The dialog displays a grid where you can enter multiple products at once: Product Code - Type the product code directly. If the code is not found, you will see a message and can correct it or press Escape to cancel. Product Name - Automatically populated when a valid product code is entered. Order No - Enter the order number (defaults to Default Order if left blank). Quantity - Enter the delivery quantity. Return - Enter return quantity (if Show Returns is enabled). Breakage - Enter breakage quantity (if Show Breakages is enabled). Buttons: Find Product - Opens the product search dialog to look up products. Cancel - Closes the dialog without saving any entries. Process Entries - Saves all entries and returns to the main screen. Tips: Press Escape while editing a cell to cancel the current edit. If you enter an invalid product code, you will be prompted to correct it. Products not currently in the round manifest will be automatically added when you process entries.
