Cannot Contra a Payment

This article details the new system for Contra Payments

There is a new system for Contra Payments:

  1. Expand Administration

  2. Click the plus next to Administration

  3. Double Click System Settings

  4. The Use Legacy Payment Contra System option should be set to off to use the new system

Note: If this is already off (i.e.: unticked) please raise a New support case.
