Batch Transactions

How can i put a transaction through for someone who has just bought something from the depot directly?

Transactions can be added in batch (without being on a round) by following the steps below:

  1. Click Customers

  2. Click Batch Transactions

  3. Click New

A new entry will appear in the data grid. On this grid:

  1. Enter the required date

  2. Enter a reference

  3. Click Save

  4. With the row selected in the data grid

  5. Click Quick Entry

  6. Click the Binocular button Next to the Customer No field.

  7. Search for and Enter the Customer Number this transaction(s) apply to.

  8. Click Find Product and search for the product you want.

  9. Enter a Quantity

This process must be repeated for each product that is to be added. Once everything has been placed on the grid click Process Entries and switch back to the Batch transactions screen: the grid will have been updated with quantities. From here click Complete Batch to create the transactions. A Create Invoices dialog will be displayed either:

  • Click Yes to create the Invoice now

  • Click No to create the Invoice in the Invoice run

To see the transactions

  1. Search for the customer

  2. Click Transactions

  3. Click Get Transactions
