Unable to View Reports

If you have tried to run a report and you get an HTTP Status 401 Unauthorised error displayed on the screen, this is normally caused by a network issue.

To resolve this.

Log Out of Roundsman and reboot your PC.

Once your PC has rebooted and you have logged back into Roundsman, try the report you saw the issue with again.
