How to create a stock intake export
Firstly, create a stock intake export by following the steps below:
Open Excel
Enter the product code in column A
Enter the Quantity in column B
Repeat on a new row for each stock take line
Save the file as a csv
🤓Tip: The spreadsheet should have no headers (the first stock take line will be on row 1)
To import the file
Next, the file needs to be imported by following the steps below:
Expanding the Depot menu on the left-hand side
Double-click on your required Depot
Click on Stock Take
Click on the button Import Products (opt.)
Select your spreadsheet, click Open
📌Note: If this is the first time you have used this system, it is recommended that you update 1 product only as a test (making a note of the original stock level) to make sure the system is updating as you require.
