A portal user sees "Call dairy direct to place order for this date" when the date is a valid delivery day but they can no longer place an order through the portal because:
The order cut-off time has passed β e.g., the dairy's cut-off is 10:00 AM and it's now after that, making the date too soon to order via the portal.
Non-order processing days - push the next valid order date beyond the displayed date.
The date is not valid - the date doesn't fall within the customer's configured valid delivery date range.
In essence, the date is recognized as a delivery day but it's too late (or otherwise invalid) for the portal to accept an online order for it, so the user is told to contact the dairy directly.
Additionally - There was an ordering issue that was resolved in version 4.0.25
If the above three conditions have been checked and your user is still seeing the 'Call Dairy...' message then log a case with support, please advise us of the account or location seeing the message.
