Customer Unable to place order on the Portal

A message is shown in the Upcoming Deliveries section 'Dairy does not provide deliveries on this date', despite there being no apparent reason for this.

  1. Navigate to the customer screen

  2. Click the 'Other' tab

  3. Click 'Edit'

  4. Click 'Reset Portal Data'

  5. Click OK to the warning message

  6. Once the confirmation dialog is displayed click 'Cancel'

There are improvements to prevent this type of issue in releases 30+
