Citrix session has frozen

My Citrix session for Roundsman has frozen

If your session for Roundsman has frozen, it can often be revived by disconnecting and reconnecting. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. While still logged into Roundsman location Citrix Workspace in the system tray of your PC (in the bottom-right of the screen).

  2. Right-Click on Citrix Workspace and select Connection Centre.

  3. Locate the live connection and click on Logoff.

  4. Roundsman will close, and you can re-launch it with a new connection.
