If your session for Roundsman has frozen, it can often be revived by disconnecting and reconnecting. To do this, please follow the steps below:
While still logged into Roundsman location Citrix Workspace in the system tray of your PC (in the bottom-right of the screen).
Right-Click on Citrix Workspace and select Connection Centre.
Locate the live connection and click on Logoff.
Roundsman will close, and you can re-launch it with a new connection.
