New Development Requests

I need new functionality. Would it be possible to change the way Roundsman works? How do I request custom additions to Roundsman?

Overview

If you have an idea you would like to put forward regarding Roundsman, please follow the steps below.

The Ideas Portal is accessed by this link.

If you do not have access, please contact your account manager or raise a case to support. You will need to provide the name and email address of the required user. The account will then be requested, and confirmation will be sent to the email of the new user.


Submitting your idea

  1. Click the following link.

  2. Sign in using your approved email address and password

  3. Click Add A New Idea, then fill in the form providing as much information as possible.

  4. Click Add Idea.

When creating the idea, include the details of the idea along with the possible benefits and impact it would have.

  • The purpose of the development.

  • The issue you are facing which the development will resolve.

  • The scope of requirements within the development.

  • The workflow for and around the functionality.

Once your idea is live, other Roundsman users can vote on it, if they feel it will benefit them as well.

If an idea garners enough votes, then it may be considered for future development.


Voting on an idea

  1. Click on the following link.

  2. Sign in using your approved email address and password.

Within the portal, you see other ideas people have submitted. If you think the request or change benefits you as well, you can vote on it.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The ideas portal is to provide you with a space to raise suggestions for improvements and help us understand the impact of a new feature or improvement that is on the wider Roundsman community. This is why it's really important to check your idea hasn't already been raised by someone else and to vote on ideas that others have submitted. The more votes an idea has, the more likely you are to see it becoming reality.
